Palmer Place, with over 250 students that call it home, is truly its own community. Palmer Place has three, four, five and six bedroom apartments and is located just one block from northern end of Court Street. The courtyard is a popular gathering place to play frisbee and cornhole and has picnic tables and grills.

This charming historical building on the middle block of Court Street was originally constructed as a hotel in the 1800s. It was renovated into apartments that have much character and brought up to modern standards, including air-conditioning. The balcony that overlooks Court Street is the prime people-watching spot uptown. This building has two and three bedroom apartments.

This uptown community of three buildings known as “C-side” is located on the northernmost block of Court Street and is comprised of four bedroom, two bath apartments. It features beam ceilings and large bay windows that offer great views and abundant natural light.
